Content As the hours passed,my fear of getting snatched by whatever was taking the passengers away grew more and more.
Locked in my room,lying on the bed.Alert.Ready for anything.
"Be prepared,Sareii..."
The voice of that mysterious woman still echoed in my mind.She definitely knew something about this whole mess.
I tried to find her during the day,with no luck.I even asked the sailors,and the other trainers,to see if they knew something about such a mysterious character.
Nothing.
Nobody knew anything about a cloaked woman who walks around the boat in the middle of the night.
I suddenly noticed the way the other trainers started to look at me,and whisper at my back.
I brought the search to a stop before the others would consider me as an insane passenger.
But I had no doubts.That woman was a ghost! and she was taking people away with that mist,fog,or whatever "thing" that was.
The whole "dont bring your pokemon" finally made sense too!
Pokemon are highly sensitive to ghosts,especially the Psychic,and,of course,ghost types.
I truly desired to get some sleep! but my fear of dissapearing along with the others was stronger.
I could hear the footsteps of the sailors outside,patrolling the corridors of the boat,as well as my heartbeat.
With every minuted it went by,all sounds I heard started to get louder and louder! Was I really going insane after all?
After a few minutes of lying on the bed,staring at the door without blinking,I heard...
A different sound.Outside my room,in the corridor.
Like glass shattering against the floor.
I stood still for about ten more minutes,sweating like hell,trembling in fear,hugging my favourite pillow firmly,and
weeping on it.
What made it all worse was the complete silence.
The footsteps were gone!
I dont know why,but I instantly remembered my first encounter with the Seismotar.
So massive,roaming around the valley,knowing nothing can stop it.
Nothing can get in its path!.
And nothing should get in mine either! I must find out!!
I threw away my pillow,get off the bed,with an attitude I never had before,and stepped outside my room.
Nobody.
Not a single soul in that dark corridor.
I looked at the floor,and noticed the source of that sudden sound.It was a broken cup.
And there was coffee spilled all around it.(Obviously,its former content)
-"Hello...anybody?"Just as I suspected.The cup probably belonged to a sailor.I ran to the next room and started to call for help.
Inmediately,the rest of the trainers started to wake up and stepped out their rooms to see what was going on.
Some room doors didn't open at all.
It was happening again!
I told everyone what happened,and pointed at the broken cup of coffee.
Since there was no sailor around,they instantly believed me.
We all reunited at the upper deck.
The fog,again,was present that night.I felt a deep chill down my spine.
There was something different though.
The stars in the sky looked brighter than ever...like if there was no atmosphere at all.
I ran to the cockpit to bring the captain with us and explain the situation.He surely wasn't gonna
like this about missing crew members.
I entered the cockpit room...and my heart stopped for a second.
The steering wheel...was unnatended.
The captain was gone!
-"No...NO! please god NO!"I started to cry once again,and ran to meet the others.They were as shocked as I was when they found out!
-"Now WHAT!??" We are doomed!! We are lost in the middle of nowhere,without a single idea of where we are!We tried to take a look at the cockpit's instruments,to see if we could somehow understand where we where that night.
But none were working.And what it was worse,the compass in the middle of the instrument table was sppining like crazy!
None of us knew nothing about navigation either.
I once again tried to calm myself and asked the others:
O...ok *sob* we...we need to know if we are all present...please,lets form a line,like yesterday,and start counting......
...
-"we are...less than a half! we were about one hundred ppl yesterday!"-"Estamo en el horno!"-"BUAAAA! I want to go home!"We all slowly started to freak out...most of us were just kids!,floating in the middle of nowhere,with no contact with our homes,or the world!
And if that wasn't enough,the boat suddenly started to shake,like if the hull impacted against a wall.
-"Did we just hit something? Land,perhaps?"---------------------------------------------------------------
Ahhh,now this starts to get interesting,isnt it? :3
Well,I had a hard time leaving 50 awesome entries out...imagine how it will be to do the same tomorrow and reduce the list to the 20 best.
Im sorry for how long this is taking,but you dont know just how hard it is for me to judge all this amazing stuff.
I hope you are somehow starting to guess what's going on
