Triumph During the whole contest,I couldn't help myself to read your comments about who the winners should be,and such.
The first placer,however...I can't believe there wasn't any mentions about his entry!! Shame on you all!

-"Ah...just as 'Mother' foretold!"She approached the young boy,and congratulated him for such a great final battle.
-"Me and 'Mother' knew,just by seeing you holding the crystal orb,the enourmous power you hold within yourself"."Now,step forward,champion!"

And so,the boy approached
,trembling in fear,facing the unknown powers he was about to get.He was just a youngster!...maybe the youngest of the group.
-"Its ok,young one...there's nothing to be affraid of".She took the boys left hand,and muttered some strange words.
On one of the boy's fingers,a blinding light started to shine.And a golden ring was now in its place.
-"You have now been revealed the secrets of the universe.It is your duty to protect this secrets.And it is the duty of your new partner to defend 'Mother Land' from any threat".
Suddenly,the boy stopped shaking.
His eyes were staring at nowhere.
The ring showed him images,in his mind,of creation,life,death,Arceus...
He slowly started to smile.
The secrets of the universe have been revealed to the young boy.
He reached enlightment...
And finally,inner peace.
"Congratulations,young man! For you are now a Legend!

We all congratulated
for his well earned victory.The boy still couldn't believe what he had just achieved!
And
came in,and shook his hand firmly.-"The way you defeated my Gaiterryu at the last second,with that "Mirror coat" move,was truly impressive! Maybe you should aim for the Elite Four!"-"But...but you are terribly skilled!! I just had luck remembering the move,thats all.I wouldn't stand a chance against the Elite Four"Its was then,that
pointed us at the huge black Monolith,resting at the side of the platform.From nowhere,strange encriptions got carved in the dark stone.
And the figure of Quetzclone,was carved right below the encriptions.
-"Those...are your names.All 12 of you have been inmortalized in history as the chosen ones.Carved in the unique language of this land,along with the image of the current protector of Mother Land.
The other carvings belong to the former champions before you,who for centuries were chosen to protect this sacred soil,along with their trusted legendaries".
-(So that's why I couldnt identify the carvings of those strange Pokemon)...
And then,
said,in a sad tone:-"It is now time to leave this place."'Mother' will send us all back to our homes...
However,all the memories of this place,including my own,will be erased."
This is Mother Land's way of protecting this place of human greed and power ambitions.
Only the new legendary champion,
,is meant to remember everything.One day,perhaps in a year,he will pass the ring,and his duty,to a new champion."
-"Ill go with you guys.I would like to stay with Quetzclone,but...I have a family,friends...a life to care about,back at home".-"Very well...you may go back with us,if you wish...remember,the ring grants you the power to return to this island anytime you want,through any way of transport you may choose"After two days of travel,and by tying your thoughts to this place,you and your transport will swap between dimensions,and reach the island.
However,be warned: only YOU,with any pokemon you want to bring,are allowed to reach the island.'Mother' will reject back to their homes whatever other person comes with you.
-"Understood"-"Quetzclone will be here,protecting the island,and waiting for your return."The boy approached the giant grass snake,and hugged it firmly.It was a goodbye...for now.
-"See you soon,dear friend!"We all turned back to each of our legendaries,to say goodbye to all of them for a last time,before they would vanish forever.
I hugged Seismotar for a last time.
He approached his giant mouth to me,slowly,and gave me a sticky,but warm lick on the face.
-"Farewell,buddy."As Seismotar sent out his last,powerful roar,he became pure essence,and went straight to the sky,fast as a comet,dissapearing in the firmament.
The other legendaries followed as well...
So,finally,all 20 of us reunited at the center of the platform,forming a circle,facing at each other...and we said goodbye.
Meanwhile,a very strong light coming from our feet started to surround all of us,and expanded through the entire platform...
We were about to be sent back home.
-"Farewell to all! nice to meet you!"-"BYEEEEE!"
-"Ill miss you guys" *Sob* T_T-"Take care,all of you!"-"I hope we meet soon somewhere else,even if we dont remember anything!"-"I wish I could remember you forever,guys"...
Suddenly,
near me,wispered: "Dont worry,you will,Sareii...":
-"Uh?,what you said?"She smiled at me,and gave me a complicit wink.
She turned around,faced the light on the floor,and muttered something to herself.
"Goodbye,my dear Terraniji"...
And then,a powerful sound echoed.
The light engulfed us all,and...
Nothing.
No sounds.
No light.
No more.
...
...
...
I woke up at my own bed...
-"Im back home!!"But most important...
-"I...I REMEMBER EVERYTHING!!I...remember!..."
It took me about 20 minutes,after staring at the ceiling,to raise from bed,and realize all that I left behind.
I got up,and looked all around my room.
I was happier than never after!.
It was then,that I noticed an strange white notebook over my desk.
It had the symbol of that golden ring,on the front cover.
I opened it,and on the first page,there was a strange writing.
It was written in the language of that black monolith.
I couldn't read it...
But I didn't need to...
I just knew,deep in my heart,what to do.
'Mother Land' chose me to be the only one to remember...
And write down about this adventure,to simply,never forget.
But not now...
I closed the notebook.
"Maybe later"
,I said to myself.I had something to do first!.
I had a good breakfast.
Prepared all my equipment.
And left home...
I went to meet Seismotar,right were I found him,in that hidden valley.
Was I going to try to fight it?
To try to catch it with my Ultra balls,like I dreamed,when I trained to become a Pkmn trainer?
Not at all...
...
"Daddy daddy! I want one as a pet! I want to ride it,feed it,dress it..."
...
I went there,to simply become his best friend.
To feed him.
Maybe even ride him!
And maybe,just maybe...
He would let me dress him
...

(Grand Champion)Why 3rd place?
Because not only the design was great,but the story was truly heart-warming,and believable.
(Story wasn't an important part for this contest,but in this case,its exactly what gave this entry a "full body".)
Pokemon still needs a legendary who personifies the hopes and dreams of children,and this one fulfills the job pretty well.
AND The flash presentation is the cherry on top of the cake.What an original way to tell a tale or legend!
All in all,the most original/innovative entry of all
(Grand Champion) Why 2nd place?
While torterra is based entirely on the legend of the "world is the back of a giant tortoise",Gaiterryu is the combination of that mithology,and the japanese one.
(Search it on Wikipedia please.)
Besides that,it is such an awesome design! and I can picture Torterra becoming this any day,climbing the tallest mountains in the world...
I was inmediately awestruck by its design.Very believable.
And finally...
(LEGENDARY CHAMPION)Why First place?
This legendary was LOVE at first sight.
It stood 1st place for a looong time,and while several entries got very close,none were able to bring it down from the podium.
It is the whole design that makes it an instant winner.
It looks legendary.
Its "pokemonish" enough.
Its design looks official a 100%.
It kicks ass.
And taking the little "Grass Snake" Pokemon and evolve it into "Quetzalcoatl"?,not only the greatest,and most important snake in mythology,but also the incarnation
of nature and life itself? (GRASS!)...Genius!.
(There have been several interpretations for Quetzalcoatl's nature.This was one of them)
And while the story was...well...silly
,I couldn't care less! Only by looking at it,I can imagine a thousand different stories for this god!.
There has been cool comments about the other entries on my journals (well deserved,of course!)
But...little to none for this one?
SHAME ON YOU!! MAY ARCEUS SPARE YOU ALL FROM HIS ETERNAL WRATH!

I really enjoyed the contest. When it got down to the judging, it was very suspenseful, and your method was such an interesting way to determine the winners. I'm still wondering how you even managed with all of them. O.o
I didn't expect to be in the top 20, so it's really an honor to me.
alot of very nice entries here, i probably would of done a differen torder to here, but there all ver nice, lovly ideas~
