Weavile used Blizzard...but he's so fast,he's running towards the opponent from the inside of the attack,while charging a Shadow ball!...Awesome!

I couldnt add lots of effects to it (like snow crushing against Weavile's body,for example),because I didnt have enough time yesterday.Also,background ended up looking too bright.I couldnt correct that either.I did this picture as fast as possible.
