Been carrying this idea in my head for a long time...
Muk used to be one of my favorite from the 1st generation,and I think it deserves an evolution.

The idea came after seeing a documental about Water pollution produced by industries.Think of it more like a Giant walking Factory,that only produces industrial waste.
I wanted to add some smoke coming from the Chimeys,but didnt look too good.
