i bet it is!, i see each of the names in a list on the side, does that mean your like drawing each on paper then uploading them one by one on indiviual layers? does that make them easier to colour then?

Exactly!,and easier to place on the picture:you can change their positions that way...
Example: Celebi wont be near Mewtwo anymore.I placed it near Regice.Looked cooler there somehow.
