This is some sort of LCD Screen you might find inside the Silph Co. Building.
It shows the products that are being developed.In this case,the PokeDice.

A little history:About 12 or 13 years ago,I was thinking about my own anime franchise.
It was about kids who constructed robots to make them fight.They kept this robots inside dices.

Seeing as how this would be considered a complete rip-off of Pokemon,and therefore totally rejected by the public,I abandoned the project,and the dice idea just stood in my head.
And last week I thought to myself "hey! If Im not going to use the idea,at least ill use it as a Pokemon device"

So here it is.The dice idea revealed to the world,but as a Pokemon device.
