How does an Hybrid move work?

Here's a quick example.
Lets say I use this move against a Steel Type.

Since Steel is weak against Fighting moves,BUT resistant to psychic:

Fighting= Damage x 2
Psychic= Damage / 2

Equals= x1 (Normal damage)

About STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) its only applied by one of the Move's types,and not by both. (So only a 1.5 bonus is applied)

So:

Psy kick: (Fighting/Psychic)


Super Effective against: ---x2 Damage
Normal-Fighting-Ice-Rock.

Not very effective against:---x0.5 Damage
Flying-Bug

VERY unnefective against:---x0.25 Damage
Psychic

Useless against:---No Damage
Dark-Ghost

If moves like Miracle eye or Foresight are used,then:

Miracle eye----> Dark: x2 Damage (Psychic now hits,so Fighting will do the damage)

Foresight----> Ghost: x1 Damage (Fighting now hits,but none of the attacks are super effective)

As for the Pkmn with dual types,well,do the math! I dont plan to go with all the combos available to show you.(Maybe tomorrow ill give an example...its too late here.)

I remember having a picture of a Lopunny with this pose in mind.I somehow can imagine Lopunny throwing powerful kicks like that,with style and technique.
So I decided to add Tyrogue in the mix,to make it possible for the FUSEmon to have the skills :D
Oh and the name doesnt have syllables in there,just letters of the 3 names fit for a cute name :meow:

Now,just imagine if she knows both "Psychic" AND "Psy kick"!

no it's not (at least in the game's i've played) It's super affective to poison, wish is the secondary type of the Gastly family, and since psychic is nutral agenst ghost...you do the math...
