He was a sort of "Super Latios" with two tailfins designed after those of the F-22 Raptor stealth fighter jet.
He looks almost exactly like Lati@s, but with a black/gold color scheme, and the symbol from Ash Ketchum's G1 cap on his chest (as Nexius would've been discovered to be Ash's true form).
One thing Nexius has that Lati@s doesn't is a set of legs. Reverse-articulated and retractable, they fold into grooves in Nexius' abdomen like landing gear. They're awkward to walk on, so Nexius prefers to simply hover over the ground with them down for stability.
Being Arceus' son, Nexius was also capable of using the apocalyptic Final Judgement move.
