Something I feel like pointing out though, when creating evos/prevos, it doesn't make sense when you use a stone or level for how to evolve it.
Like on your Torkoal evo, it wouldn't make sense for the water stone to evolve Torkal if it wouldn't evolve it in the past. Same with it's Prevo, if bred, then a Torkal would come out a lower level than the level of it's prevo.
Even though it's just fan-made, I like to point this stuff out, it's still awesome looking.

Gloom couldnt evolve into other than Vileplume back in Red/Blue either.
And then,on gold and Silver,they give it a new evolution through the sun stone: Bellossom

You mean that If I bred two Coalites,a Torkoal will come out and be of lower level than the coalite?
No.Preevos ALWAYS come out of the eggs.Never an evolved form.
You wont get a Pikachu when breeding two Raichus,always a Pichu.
And you will always get a lower level than the parents anyway! lvl 1 to be precise.
Coalite cant breed anyway.Needs to grow up to a Torkoal first.
